Conway may be a small town in Arkansas, but our passion for wrestling is big and growing! The Conway Youth Wrestling Club was established to promote the foundations of wrestling and help guide the next generation of wrestlers to success on the mat and off. Conway Youth Wrestling Club is open to all children ages 5-14 years old and provides an outlet for physical fitness, strengthening respect and discipline and teaches the fundamentals of wrestling.
No experience is needed, only a desire and willingness to learn—try a class for free and see if wrestling is the sport for you.
Wrestling has many physical, emotional and mental benefits for children of all ages. The skills athletes learn in wrestling are also transferable other sports, like football and mixed martial arts. In fact, many successful professional athletes have a wrestling background. It all started with wrestling!
